Prejudice leads to false character building.
Being judged or labeled may be inevitable. And while it happens, the judged eventually become what they were branded for because other people approached them as such.
For example, if we believe that all blonds are dumb, we will most likely talk to them as if they really are idiots. We approach them as such, they respond appropriately, then we respond back, they respond again and then us and then them and so on.
Characters shape up because sometimes we unknowingly look for the character we believe a person is suppose to be, usually based on how we first know or heard of him/her. In our exampe, the process created the "dumb blond" personality.
And if at the first attempt the dumb-blond-theory failed, some may opt to persist and insist. And the cycle goes on. We decide to stop only when the judgement is proven. Unaware that we are simply satisfying an equation that didn't exist.
Hasty conclusions. A self fulfillment prophesy. It's a recurring pattern yet we still fail often at it.
We never learn.

Things can easily fall apart
When was the last time you complained? Yesterday? Last week? An hour ago perhaps?
Next question...
When you complain, can you recall any good thing it benefited you? Did it ever make you feel better? Short term, long term? Did complaining solve your problems? Did it help get what you wanted?
Next question...
Why do you complain? Because your expectations weren't met? Because you feel like you're immersed in a situation that your parents and friends don't approve of? Because things don't work the way you would've wanted it to?
Frustrations, issues, concerns, problems... whatever you call them they will always be there. It is every person's responsibility to take appropriate actions and resolve it. The efficiency of the motion to resolve it however depends on the approach. It's not really wrong to complain... but it is wrong to deal an issue with anger.
Things can easily fall apart when you start entertaining the thought that things should be perfect. Nothing is perfect so don't complain.
Trust me I complain a lot before. It sucks.
