Part of what transpired after the Creative Cebu meeting last Monday, Jan. 27 was an impressive presentation by Arch't Buck Sia - the proposed Tubodfest floor layout.Really fine piece of work I must say.
Pillars represent the various disciplines of art. This is to be set right in the middle of The Terraces in Ayala Center Cebu.
